1. On-site Participation with or without paper (From Inside Turkiye or International): 5000 TL +20% VAT= 6000 TL

2. Undergraduate students (Bachelor or Vocational School): Free 

NOTES :

1. Participants can present their papers on-site and online.

2. Each registration fee is for submitting up to 2 papers and each additional paper will be charged 2500 TL

2. All submissions from academia must be written and presented in English.
3. Submissions from Research and Development (R&D) Centers can be written in Turkish, but their presentations are strongly expected to be in English. Posters from R&D Centers may be in Turkish.
4. Sponsor companies are given free participation according to the sponsorship type;

• MAIN SPONSOR (450.000 TL(+20% VAT)): 10 free entries,
• PLATINUM SPONSOR (150.000 TL(+20% VAT)): 5 free entries,
• GOLD SPONSOR (100.000TL (+20% VAT)): 4 free entries,
• SILVER SPONSOR (50.000TL (+20% VAT)): 3 free entries
• BRONZ SPONSOR (20.000TL (+20% VAT)): 2 free entries

Paying the Registration fee:
